Developers’ sales for the week of 13 Nov – 19 Nov 2023 were 162 units
The CCR accounted for 69.8% while the RCR and OCR made up 11.7% and 18.5%
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is Watten House, followed by Blossoms by the Park in the RCR, and J’den in the OCR
Watten House sold 58.9% or 106 units over the weekend
It is the best selling project in the CCR in 2023 and since Jervois Mansion in 2021
The limited supply of new homes in the prime Shelford Road area attracted a huge amount of interest from buyers
In particular, Watten House offers mostly large format units which are in short supply in Singapore
The strong performance and price points achieved in the recent three launches may potentially see price growth exceed 1% in 4Q 2023
Property prices have increased by 3.9% in the first nine months of 2023 and may grow more than 5% in 2023
This will give developers confidence to launch projects in 2024.
