The CCR accounted for 2.3% while the RCR and OCR made up 35.5% and 62.2%
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is Enchanté, The Arcady at Boon Keng in the RCR, and Hillhaven in the OCR
The property market kick off with Hillhaven and The Arcady at Boon Keng, each selling more than 50 units on launch day.
Buyers were generally cautious in view of the geopolitical uncertainties, wanting to compare more projects before committing.
The 1 and 2 bedroom unit types are the most popular among buyers
Based on Huttons’ data, the buyers were mostly Singaporeans and PRs buying their first property for their own stay
The proximity of a MRT station near both projects enlarged the pool of buyers to as far as Jurong West and Bedok South
