Everyone comes with a different story. You may be buying your first home, making space for a growing family, exploring an investment or moving to Singapore from overseas. My starting point is to listen, to understand what matters to you, what concerns you and what you hope to achieve.

I believe good advice should be clear and practical. That means taking the time to explain the numbers, discuss the trade-offs and consider the commitments beyond the purchase price. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that you understand your decision.

Taking responsibility matters to me.

Once, a typo in an offer submission nearly cost a deal. It was my mistake, and I covered the difference myself. It wasn’t easy financially, but I knew it was the right thing to do.

That experience reinforced a belief I carry into my work: trust is built through what you do, especially when things don’t go to plan.

Many of my clients have introduced me to their friends and family. Those introductions mean a great deal to me. They tell me that someone felt supported enough to trust me with the people they care about.
