Developers’ sales for the week of 6 Nov – 12 Nov 2023 were 513 units
The CCR accounted for 1.9% while the RCR and OCR made up 5.3% and 92.8%
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is Dalvey Haus and Leedon Green, followed by Grand Dunman in the RCR, and J’den in the OCR
Hillock Green and J’den was launched over the weekend

Projects in the Lentor precinct like Lentor Modern and Lentor Hills Residences have sold well since launch
J’den, the first launch in Jurong East in 10 years sold 323 of its units on launch day
The pent-up demand and the desire from buyers to stay in the heart of JLD led to brisk sales
Buyers today like mixed-use developments such as J’den which is directly linked to the MRT station.
