Developers’ sales for the week of 22 – 28 Jan 2024 were 319 units
The CCR accounted for 2.2% while the RCR and OCR made up 2.2% and 95.6%
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is 10 Evelyn and 19 Nassim followed by Grand Dunman in the RCR, and Lumina Grand in the OCR
Lumina Grand sold 270 units on the first weekend
The split between 1st and 2nd timers were roughly 43% and 57%
The demand from 2nd timers was very strong as the 30% quota was fully taken up
The authorities may want to review the quota set aside for 2nd timers to allow more 2nd timers to upgrade
