There will be 2 GLS tenders closing on 4 Apr – Zion Road (Parcel A) and Upper Thomson Road (Parcel B)
Zion Road (Parcel A) enjoys prominent frontage along Zion Road and Havelock Road and will be the first GLS tender to include long stay serviced apartments
It should see decent interest from developers who have a hospitality arm and the top bid may exceed $1 billion
Upper Thomson Road (Parcel B) is a pure residential site which includes a 4-storey conserved building
Together with Parcel A, they may rejuvenate the area and potentially be the catalyst for the development of the Springleaf precinct
The top bid for Parcel B may potentially be around $850 million and developers are likely to form joint ventures to spread the risks
