With interest rates set to reduce, we’re expecting more movement in the market.
Sharing my observations from past experiences:
1) Lower interest rates will attract more people to divert their savings to other investment alternatives.
2) Banks will be more competitively readjusting their loan packages.
3) More buyers who are previously sitting on the fence may reenter into the market.
4) Higher home buying activities will generate further high demand and higher asset price growth.
5) Physical assets tend to have a laggard effect in comparison with the stock market where trading is much more easier.
For those considering entering the real estate market, it’s a good time to act before others react & prices start to rise.
