Developers’ sales for the week of 15 July 2024 – 21 July 2024 were 211 units

The CCR accounted for 1.9% while the RCR and OCR made up 10.4% and 87.7%

The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is Cuscaden Reserve, followed by Tembusu Grand in the RCR and Kassia in the OCR

Kassia, the last freehold project in the Flora Drive private residential enclave sold 144 units, a take-up of 52.2% on launch weekend

Almost all the units sold were priced at $2 million and below

This is the second project after the June break to sell more than 100 units, boosting confidence in the market

Since 2021, there has been no launch of 999-year/freehold major non-landed residential projects in the OCR, making Kassia a rare freehold major non-landed launch in the OCR

Of the 1-bedroom and 1+Study type units, Huttons Data Analytics estimate that the majority of those sold are $1 million and below.
