Developers’ sales for the week of 20 Feb – 26 Feb 2023 were 182 units
The CCR accounted for 30.8% while the RCR and OCR made up 61.5% and 7.7%
The top-selling project in the CCR is Pullman Residences Newton, followed by Terra Hill in the RCR, and EC – Tenet in the OCR
Terra Hill sold almost 40% of its units on launch day which is within expectations
Buyers are mostly staying in the west
They were drawn to the proximity to the future upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront which is starting to take shape
Labrador Tower, a Grade A office building, will be completed by 2024 and will increase the potential tenant pool in the area
