Developers’ sales for the week of 23 Oct – 29 Oct 2023 were 45 units
The CCR accounted for 26.7% while the RCR and OCR made up 31.1% and 42.2%
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR are Kopar at Newton, Midtown Bay, The M, followed by The Reserve Residences in the RCR, and EC – North Gaia and Lentor Hills Residences in the OCR

Developer sales could end the year between 6,000 and 6,500 units as buyers turn cautious
Property prices are likely to stabilise at around 5% after the high growth over the past two years
