2 GLS sites at Margaret Drive and Media Circle were launched for sale
The Margaret Drive site is probably the last plot of land that is within a short 5-minute walk to Queenstown MRT station
It may see not more than 3 bidders and a top bid of $1,150 to $1,250 psf ppr
The Media Circle site is the first pure Long Stay Serviced Apartment (SA2) site to be offered for sale
As it requires a longer period to recoup the capital, the bid is likely to be lower than $1,191 psf ppr for the earlier GLS site
It may attract a top bid of not more than $1,100 psf ppr and there may be only one bid
