Developers’ sales for the week of 3 Jul – 9 Jul 2023 were 470 units
The CCR accounted for 4.3% while the RCR and OCR made up 6.6% and 89.1%
The respective top-selling project in the CCR was Leedon Green, followed by One Pearl Bank in the RCR, and Lentor Hills Residences in the OCR
The surge in OCR’s sales is due to two major launches, Lentor Hills Residences and The Myst, which sold 298 units and 110 units, respectively
Both projects saw good demand for the 1- and 2-bedroom units due to quantum, investment demand and family sizes getting smaller over the years
Some investors went for the dual-key units in Lentor Hills Residences which are seldom offered in launches in the past year
As Lentor Hills Residences and The Myst are in the OCR, almost all the buyers are Singaporeans
