SORA achieved an expected sales results similar to Lakegardens Residence during its first day sales booking launch.
With majority of the units sold being the one and two bedrooms types.
As of now, SORA one and two bedrooms are priced lower than LG, whereas LG 3BR & bigger are priced lower than SORA.
We will be seeing west lovers shifting their attention to LG after the initial first day launch.
Existing projects will sell progressively like what we are seeing LG having sold close to 55% already.
Towards TOP, buyers who prefer shorter waiting time will start to take up the remaining units. Also that’s when typically developers will start to do price adjustment upwards.
The next trigger site will come from Clementi Ave 1 site where prices are expected to be launching $2600 – $2700psf. Buyers will then flow back to the existing launched projects.
