Sales for the week of 18 – 24 Dec 2023 were 18 units
The CCR accounted for 27.8% while the RCR and OCR made up 38.9% and 33.3%.
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is Watten House, followed by Grand Dunman and The Reserve Residences in the RCR, and EC – North Gaia in the OCR.
In 2024, there may potentially be up to 38 launches with an estimated 11,590 units including the sole EC project, 512-unit Lumina Grand at Bukit Batok West Ave 5.
There may be up to 2,926 units launched in the CCR, 3,081 units in RCR and 5,583 units in the OCR.
12 launches are planned in 1Q 2024 – Ardor Residence, Hillhaven, Jansen House, Koon Seng House, Lentor Mansion, Lentoria, Lumina Grand (EC), Marina View Residences, SORA, The Arcady at Boon Keng, The Hillshore and The Hill @one-north.
With a rosier economic outlook projected in 2024, developers are estimated to sell between 7,000 and 8,000 units.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, prices in the property market are estimated to grow between 3% and 5% in 2024
