Developers’ sales for the week of 11 Sep – 17 Sep 2023 were 139 units
The CCR accounted for 15.8 % while the RCR and OCR made up 7.9% and 76.3%
The respective top-selling projects in the CCR are Pullman Residences Newton, followed by The Reserve Residences in the RCR, and EC – Altura in the OCR
Altura is close to 90% sold after the second balloting
Altura has seen very strong demand as there had not been an EC project in Bukit Batok in 22 years
ECs are seeing robust demand from buyers as they are given upfront remission on ABSD
Buyers appreciate the quality finishes and facilities in Altura which are comparable to private residential homes but at a more affordable price
Altura will be in close proximity to the future Tengah Integrated Transport Hub and ACS (P)
It is near major employment centres such as Singapore’s 2nd CBD in Jurong East and the Jurong Innovation District
