Developers’ sales for the week of 4 Sep – 10 Sep 2023 were 30 units

The CCR accounted for 26.7 % while the RCR and OCR made up 43.3% and 30%

The respective top-selling projects in the CCR are Pullman Residences Newton, followed by Grand Dunman in the RCR, and Lentor Hills Residences in the OCR

There will be 2 GLS tenders closing on 12 Sept – Lentor Central and Champions Way

Despite the healthy sales recorded at Lentor Hills Residences and Lentor Modern, the uncertain economic conditions, continued high costs, harmonisation of GFA rules and pipeline supply of almost 3,000 units may weigh on developer’s interest for Lentor Central GLS site

While there has not been a GLS site for residential use in Woodlands for more than 10 years, developers are likely to be prudent in the bids for Champions Way GLS site

The closest GLS tenders would be the two sites at Canberra Drive which saw a top bid of $650 psf ppr in 2020
