Developers’ sales for the week of 24 Jul – 30 Jul 2023 were 73 units

The CCR accounted for 28.8% while the RCR and OCR made up 27.4% and 43.8%

The respective top-selling project in the CCR was Hyll on Holland, followed by Grand Dunman, The Reserve Residences and The Continuum in the RCR, and North Gaia in the OCR

The URA All Property Price Index posted a 0.2% decline in prices in 2Q 2023 which was much better than the flash estimates

The decline in prices is probably due to the different unit mix sold across the different quarters and some promotions by developers to clear the last few units in the projects before the ABSD timeline

The number of non-landed residential homes purchased by foreigners reduced significantly in June

Of the 27 purchases by foreigners in June, 12 are from the USA, 8 unspecified, 2 from China and Switzerland, 1 each from India, Norway and UK

Moving forward, the proportion of purchases by foreigners may be around 2% while that by PRs may increase to as high as 20% due to the cooling measures
