Developers’ sales for the week of 31 Jul – 6 Aug 2023 were 383 units
The CCR accounted for 2.9% while the RCR and OCR made up 9.1% and 88%
The respective top-selling project in the CCR are Hyll on Holland and One Bernam, followed by One Pearl Bank in the RCR, and EC – Altura in the OCR
The Lakegarden Residences and EC – Altura were launched over the weekend
Almost 80% of the units sold in The Lakegarden Residences were the 1- and 2-bedrooms
This shows that buyers saw the future potential of staying in Jurong Lake District and took action to secure the future upside
Given that there are not many projects by Jurong Lake, the potential upside for prices is huge
EC – Altura had a strong first day sales, selling more than 60% of its units as there had not been an EC in Bukit Batok for 22 years and many buyers were looking forward to it
HDB upgraders were out in force, snapping up all the units allocated to second timers within the first 3 hours of sales booking.
