Sales for the week of 4 Dec – 10 Dec were 31 units

The CCR accounted for 22.6% while the RCR and OCR made up 32.3% and 45.2%

The respective top-selling projects in the CCR is Kopar at Newton and Watten House, followed by 4 projects in the RCR, and Hillock Green and The Myst in the OCR

The Government has pushed out 10 sites or 5,450 dwelling units under its 1H 2024 GLS program

It is an increase of 5.6% from 2H 2023 which is the smallest since 1H 2021 and is probably a response to the upcoming launches in 2024

Excluding the long-stay serviced apartments from the confirmed-list sites, the increase in the number of private housing units (including EC units) between H2 2023 and H1 2024 is much less, at just 50 units or 1 per cent

The Tengah Garden Avenue, River Valley Green (Parcel A), Holland Road and Margaret Drive sites are attractive in terms of location attributes

While Bayshore Road site is very attractive, there is no need to trigger it as it is likely to be under H2 2024 GLS program Confirmed List
