Singapore’s Downtown Core is set to undergo a series of major developments this year.
With the CBD Incentive Scheme, the government is actively working towards converting existing, older office developments into mixed-use projects that will rejuvenate the CBD.
Among the highly-anticipated projects set to launch are Marina View Residences by IOI, Newport Residences by CDL, and Skywaters Residences by Perennial/Alibaba.
